Diet Diaries #4: Weigh in #3

My weight loss journey has been a very slow one. I’ve fallen off the wagon more times than I care to count, and there have been countless obstacles and delays along the way, the most recent being an emergency surgery which has knocked me off my feet for over a week now. 

However, today (Tuesdays are my normal weigh in day) I decided the hell with it! Whatever it is, it is. So I went to weigh in……

And was down 6 pounds!! What a relief!  

So I hit 2 milestones…..a total of 10 pounds lost, AND I’m out of the 230s and into the 220s. 9 pounds till my next goal which is 219! Yay me! 

This, of course, was motivation to keep going and now I absolutely cannot wait to get these staples out of my tummy so that I can start working out again!
